Are there age Limitations?
You must be at least 18 years old (16 and 17 years old with Parent o Legal tutor Letter Consent) to participate in Northfit coaching programs.
That said, Northfit believes in the old Mark Twain adage: “Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don’t mind—it doesn’t matter.” In other words, you’re never too old to get into great shape and become healthier.
There are a host of studies that show well-structured weight training programs will promote muscle growth or fat loss regardless of age, and we have experience working with clients in their 60s and 70s.
I have some specific needs, such as past injuries. Can I still participate?
If you are new to training or have any existing injuries, the only thing we ask is you inform us prior to starting the program during the assessment phase. If for any reason we can’t work with your injuries, we’ll let you know before beginning the program.
How Does Payment Work?
All of the coaching programs are charged on a month-by-month basis and there is no down payment.
Are these programs for both men and women?
Yes, of course. I have worked with both genders for my entire career, and my one-on-one clientele is almost a perfect 50-50 split between genders.
Do I need Special Equipment?

In-Person Fitness Training, 1-on-1
Private, in person fitness training adapted to your needs. The Northfit personal training approach is uniquely geared to challenge, motivate, and encourage you; jump-starting your immediate and long-term fitness goals. This training will be held in the Northfit Las Vegas Studio with all equipment necessary to achieve the best quality training. Training sessions can be grouped together to a maximum number of 12 or 24 per year depending of your package level. Sessions can be grouped together in different ways, one a month, two at the time, three at time, etc. They can be used as an intensive fitness camp (for example: 2, 3 or 4 week intensive program.) We can schedule sessions according to your availability. Remember, all your sessions must be used within a one-year period of starting your program. After the one-year period your remaining sessions will expire and your 2nd year training sessions will be activated. Please provide a minimum notice of one month when scheduling your in-person training sessions.
